On 18 November 2022, Parsley Box Group plc (the “Company” or “Parsley Box”) announced the proposed cancellation of admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM (“Cancellation”), re-registration as a private limited company and adoption of new articles of association.

On 14 December 2022, the Company announced that at the Company’s General Meeting all resolutions were duly passed.

In accordance with the passing of resolution 1, the final day of trading of the Company’s Ordinary Shares on AIM was 21 December 2022 with the Cancellation taking effect at 7.00 a.m. on 22 December 2022.

In accordance with the passing of resolution 2, the Company will re-register as a private limited company with the name Parsley Box Group Limited and adopt new articles of association, which is expected to take place by 30 December 2022.

On 24 December 2024 the Company’s ordinary shares have been admitted onto the JP Jenkins Ltd liquidity venue for private securities, under the ticker: MEAL:JPJ. The JP Jenkins trading facility replaces the Asset Match platform from this date.
